Cinnamon Simple Syrup
This easy-to-make simple syrup is infused with cinnamon sticks and can be used to add sweetness and a touch of cinnamon spice to a variety of cocktails.

Directions

  1. Add the cinnamon sticks, sugar and water into a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and let the liquid infuse for at least 6 hours.
  4. Strain out the solids and store the remaining liquid, tightly sealed, in the refrigerator.
