The Finnieston in Glasgow, tabbed as a gin bar in a Gin & Tonic town, puts Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie scotch to use in this light, fruity drink, topped with a floater of IPA.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie scotch
- 3/4 oz Fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Peach schnapps
- 1/4 oz Fino sherry
- BrewDog Elvis Juice IPA, to float
- Garnish: Grapefruit slice
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except for the beer into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Fine-strain into a Collins glass over ice.
- Top with the beer.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
