Directions
- Add the vodka, carrot juice, lemon juice, shallot, horseradish, black pepper, caraway seeds and celery salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a highball glass over ice and stir lightly.
- Garnish with 2 dill sprigs and a pickle spear.
