Basil Simple Syrup
This garden-fresh simple syrup recipe will add a hint of basil to your favorite cocktails.

Directions

  1. Bring the water to a boil, then add the sugar
  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the basil leaves and steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain into a clean jar, cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
