Raspberry Caipirinha
A tasty twist on a Brazilian classic.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 6 raspberries
- 1/4 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 ounces cachaça
- Garnish: raspberry
Directions
- In a shaker, muddle the sugar, raspberries and lime.
- Add the cachaça and fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
- Pour (unstrained) into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with an additional raspberry.
