House-made Clover Club
Turn leftover jam into a delicious drink with the Clover Club cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin (Tanqueray or Beefeater)
  • 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Raspberry jam
  • 1/4 oz Egg white

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
