Kirschwasser, vermouth, and raspberry make a romantic combination in this cocktail from drinks pro and distiller Allen Katz.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces French dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce Kirschwasser (cherry brandy)
  • 1 tsp natural raspberry syrup
  • Garnish: brandied cherry

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
