Bow Tie
No need to get dressed up to enjoy this cognac cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces 1738 Accord Royal Rémy Martin Cognac
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
  • Garnish: pineapple frond

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple frond.
