Chairman’s Refresher
Cooling cucumber and thirst-quenching coconut water contribute to this rum concoction from bar pro Jim Meehan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Frangelico
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 1 1/2 ounces Banks 5 Island rum
  • Garnish: Cucumber slice

Directions

  1. In a mixing glass, muddle the Frangelico and cucumber.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and ice and stir.
  3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
