Chairman’s Refresher
Cooling cucumber and thirst-quenching coconut water contribute to this rum concoction from bar pro Jim Meehan.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Frangelico
- 3 cucumber slices
- 2 ounces coconut water
- 1 1/2 ounces Banks 5 Island rum
- Garnish: Cucumber slice
Directions
- In a mixing glass, muddle the Frangelico and cucumber.
- Add remaining ingredients and ice and stir.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
