Vanilla Bourbon
Tamarind syrup is the secret to this cocktail from bar pro Aisha Sharpe.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Navan natural vanilla liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce tamarind syrup
  • 1 ounce club soda, chilled, to top
  • Garnish: 3 brandied cherries, speared

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with three brandied cherries on a pick.
