Holiday Sparkler
Sparks will fly with this sparkling rose and cranberry juice cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 2 ounces sparkling rosé
  • Garnish: rock candy stir stick

Directions

  1. Soak a sugar cube in orange bitters and place it in a Champagne flute.
  2. Add the elderflower liqueur and cranberry juice and top with sparkling rosé. Stir briefly and gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with a rock candy stir stick.
