The name BLACK refers to the color of the blind tasting glasses used by the cellar master.
DEAU BLACK EXTRA is made from a blend of eaux-de-vie mainly from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. This cognac reveals, on the nose, floral notes of iris, violet, honeysuckle and orange blossom.
In the mouth, a lot of length and roundness with some buttery and dried apricot notes…
To be enjoyed plain on crushed ice, or diluted with tonic, fruit juice, soda…

DEAU BLACK EXTRA comes from a blend of eaux-de-vie mainly from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.
After a rapid passage in new barrels, these eaux-de-vie have aged for a few years in red barrels (no longer producing wood).
