The Painkiller is already a twist on the Piña Colada, but you can mix it up even further by swapping high-quality spanish brandy for rum. That's precisely what Johnny Livanos has done with this innovative and mouthwatering cocktail.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice, and top with more crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a mint sprig.
