Celery Daisy
Fresh celery juice adds bright and earthy undertones to this tequila-based cocktail made with elderflower liqueur and fino sherry, which was created by bartender Matt Grippo.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 ounces Don Julio blanco tequila
  • 1/4 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1 tsp fino sherry
  • 1/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 ounce celery juice, freshly pressed
  • 1 tsp honey syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash celery bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Garnish: lime wheel
  • Garnish: celery stalk

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with lime wheel and celery leaf.
