Aged rum gets a kiss of grapefruit and herbal liqueurs in this Daiquiri twist from New Orleans' Seaworthy.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz El Dorado 5-year-old gold rum
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Dolin Génépy Des Alpes
- 1/2 oz Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rose
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- Garnish: Speared grapefruit peel
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Fine-strain into a coupe, and garnish with a speared grapefruit peel.
