Guinness Chocolate Float

Ingredients

  • 1 cup premium chocolate ice cream
  • chocolate syrup
  • 6 ounces Guinness stout (chilled)

Directions

  1. Scoop the chocolate ice cream into a chilled pint glass.
  2. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  3. Slowly pour the Guinness over the ice cream.
  4. Serve with a straw.
