Hudson Highland Cup
With apple butter, maple syrup and hard cider, this cocktail from Tippling Bros. is like fall in a cup.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Highland Park 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
  • 1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 ounce Grade A maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon apple butter
  • 1 dash pastis
  • Hard cider, chilled, to top
  • Garnish: apple slice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with hard cider.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice.
