Kalimotxo
This simple drink, sometimes spelled calimotxo or calimocho, is wildly popular in the Basque Country.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Rioja wine
- 3 ounces Coca-Cola
- 1 squeeze lemon
- Garnish: lemon slice
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a wine glass or rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
