Matador Norteño
A few drops of habanero tincture transform this sotol-and-pineapple cocktail by bartender Alex Valencia.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sotol
  • 3/4 oz Pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Rich agave syrup (2 parts agave nectar, 1 part water)
  • 5 drops Habanero tincture*

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
