Raspberry Bellini
A simple addition to the classic recipe yields huge flavor to this cocktail by bartending pro Charlotte Voisey.
Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Stoli Razberi vodka
- 2 ounces raspberry-white peach puree*
- 2 ounces sparkling wine, chilled
Directions
- Add the vodka and raspberry-white peach puree into a Champagne flute.
- Top with the sparkling wine and stir briefly and gently to combine.
