Raspberry Bellini
A simple addition to the classic recipe yields huge flavor to this cocktail by bartending pro Charlotte Voisey.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce Stoli Razberi vodka
  • 2 ounces raspberry-white peach puree*
  • 2 ounces sparkling wine, chilled

Directions

  1. Add the vodka and raspberry-white peach puree into a Champagne flute.
  2. Top with the sparkling wine and stir briefly and gently to combine.
