Raspberry Caipirinha
A tasty twist on a Brazilian classic.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1/4 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 ounces cachaça
  • Garnish: raspberry

Directions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the sugar, raspberries and lime.
  2. Add the cachaça and fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Pour (unstrained) into a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with an additional raspberry.
