Rhubarb Fix
Get refreshed with this rhubarb, sherry, and gin cocktail from bartender Brett Hughes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce manzanilla sherry
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 ounce rhubarb syrup*
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
