Sidra House
This cocktail by Jim Meehan of New York City's PDT is a tasty mix of rum, cider, sherry, pear brandy and allspice liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Banks 5-Island rum
  • 1 ounce apple cider
  • 1/2 ounce Gonzalez Byass solera 1847 oloroso dulce sherry
  • 1/4 ounce Clear Creek pear brandy
  • 1 tsp St. Elizabeth allspice dram
  • Garnish: apple fan

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with an apple fan.
