The Midnight Rider
This cocktail was created by Jimmy Palumbo at Belle Shoals for Cognac Classics Week, presented by Liquor.com and Hennessy VSOP Privilège.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hennessy VSOP cognac
  • 1/2 oz Tawny port
  • 1/2 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Crème de cacao
  • 2 dashes Bittermens orange cream citrate
  • Garnish: Brandied cherry

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass, and fill with ice.
  2. Stir, then strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a brandied cherry.
