If you like a good Daiquiri, try this gingery upgrade from New Orleans' Kingfish.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Bacardí Maestro de Ron
  • 1/2 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce ginger shrub
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: speared lime peel and cherry

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Fine-strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a speared lime peel and cherry.
